Soowan Lee has devoted all of his legal career on intellectual property laws. He started his career as a legal counsel at Koreana Patent & Law Firm and later as a head of Saewon International Patent & Law Firm. He became the only patent lawyer in practice to be appointed a judge to the Korean Patent Court, where he served for 3 years. Thereafter, for two years, he worked as a judicial research judge-the equivalent of a presiding judge in a district court-in charge of various intellectual property cases in the Korean Supreme Court. After devoting more than 20 years on intellectual property laws, Soowan Lee possesses a wealth of experience and expertise matched by no other. |

Soowan Lee received an LL.M. on Patent Law from the University of Washington School of Law, under the instruction of Professor Donald S. Chisum, the world-renowned authority on patent law. Admitted to the New York State bar, he worked as an intellectual property lawyer responsible for various international patent and trademark related works.

Seongkyu Lee has handled many foreign chemical cases at Koreana Patent & Law Firm. Upon receiving a Masters in Biotechnology from the Graduate School of Agriculture at the University of Tokyo, he attained top-notch experience in drafting various trial briefs and responses to written opinions as a member of a Japanese patent firm.

Sungmoo Koh has engaged in various works, such as drafting patent specifications and translations, and has 20 years experience.
Prior to joining our firm, he has worked in Central International Law Firm, Koreana Patent & Law Firm, and Saewon International Patent & Law Firm.

Jintae Cho has accumulated years of experience in examinations, trials and Patent Court litigation
through substantial work as an examiner at the KIPO, head of the Automobile Division at KIPO, a trial examiner at the KIPO, and
a technical adviser at the Korean Patent Court (3 years).

Jaewoong Lee worked as a patent examiner for 15 years. He served as
a technical adviser to the Korean Patent Court as well as to the Korean Supreme Court. He is one of the most knowledgeable patent
litigators in Korea.

Jongseop Yun served as an examiner in the General Machinery, and Organic Chemistry Divisions and as an assistant
trial examiner at the KIPO. As such, he has extensive understanding of the examination and trial procedures.

Jongseop Yun received a Master of Engineering
and a Ph.D. of Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in modern technology, e.g.,
electronic parts, nanotechnology, controls, mechatronics, robotics, sound and vibration.

Seongkyu Lee obtained a Master of Biotechnology
from the Graduate School of Agriculture at the University of Tokyo. Changyoung Kim obtained a Master of Engineering in Semiconductors
from the Seoul National University.

and manager of the Technology Licensing Team at the Institute for Advanced Engineering.

Jongseop Yun is currently an active member
of technology evaluation and licensing organizations such as Korea Institute of Industrial Technology Evaluation and Planning,
Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund, and Korea Technology Transfer Center. In addition, he has completed an international
training course on technology evaluation and licensing at WIPO.
