AIP Patent & Law Firm was founded in March 2003 by Mr. Soowan Lee when he retired from his judgeship at the Korean Supreme Court. Mr. Lee partnered with several highly experienced patent attorneys to provide a comprehensive, first-rate service to the clients. Mr. Lee also served as a judge at the Korean Patent Court prior to working in the Korean Supreme Court. He authored many important, influential judicial decisions on patent laws during his tenure as a judge.    Other partners include Mr. Jintae Cho, Mr. Jaewoong Lee, Mr. Jongseop Yun, and Mr. Seongkyu Lee. Messrs. Jintae Cho, Jaewoong Lee served as a senior patent examiner at KIPO and a technical adviser to the Korean Patent Court. Mr. Jaewoong Lee also served as a technical adviser to the Korean Supreme Court.
